The consultation is COMPLETELY FREE, we won't charge you, or your insurance anything at all.
We are a full-service dental office, not just an implant center. We do everything from cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and veneers, to root canals, partials, dentures, and implants. So, we have many different options, at a wide range of prices.
When you come in, we will take a free full mouth x-ray, then you will meet with our implant consultant, and one of our doctors. We think it's important for you to hear your options from a real doctor, who will truly LISTEN to you, answer your questions, and LEARN what you want, in order to help you make the best decision for yourself.
We have a NO PRESSURE sales environment, and what you want is what is most important to us. We aren't here to push anything on you that you don't want, need, or feel like you can't afford, and truly just want to help however we can. So, once we figure out what you want, we will discuss all of our treatment options, and create a treatment plan that can give you what you want in a way that is affordable to you.
You can then start treatment whenever you are ready, possibly even that same day!
We understand that this process can be very overwhelming at times, especially if you don't like going to the dentist, that's why making sure you are comfortable, and that you feel like you can trust us, is our highest priority. Please let us know if you've had any bad or traumatic dental experiences in the past, so we know what NOT to do during your appointment.
FREE Consultations are scheduled: Monday - Thursday from 10:00AM- 3:00PM & Fridays from 10:00AM - 2:00PM
Chris will be reaching out soon to learn more about what is going on with your teeth, and figure out the best day for you to come in for your appointment!
Reaching out and asking for help is the first, and HARDEST step, so CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! THE HARD PART IS OVER!!!
Now all you need to do is show up for your appointment, and we can take it from there!
If you decide you want to replace your teeth, we have ONE fully ALL-INCLUSIVE price which includes all of the following:
- all remaining extractions
- any bone grafting or sinus lift that may be necessary
- 4-6 implants per arch (including zygomatics and pterygoids if needed)
- IV sedation
- full zirconia final restoration
- first annual required cleaning
- protective bite guard
- waterpik (to assist with cleaning/home care)
- lifetime warranty
Surgery is done in 1 day, typically 2-4 hours.
You will have that beautiful smile you've always wanted within 24 hours, and will NEVER be without teeth for more than 1 night.
Our Nurse Anesthetist, Irene, will put to sleep through IV sedation in one of our surgery suites here at the office. Once you are out, our board certified oral surgeon, Dr. Barrett Tolley, will extract any remaining teeth, place the implants, and then you’ll go home for the night.
Dr. Tolley is an amazing, extremely talented surgeon, and was hand-picked by Dr. Spencer after interviewing every qualified candidate in the area. He lives in Tallahassee and drives into Jacksonville every Monday just to do surgery for our patients.
When you come in the next morning, we screw in your set of temporary teeth which we will use to make your zirconia final later on, and you will wear until your gums heal, and the implants have had time to properly fuse with your jaw bone, typically 3-4 months.
The temporary process is such an important, and necessary step because after the surgery, your gums are swollen and inflamed. As the swelling goes down, there is a lot of settling that takes place, and the temporary material is soft enough to make adjustments to.
The zirconia final is too hard to make adjustments to, and if you place them immediately after surgery, once the swelling goes down, gaps will form between the prosthesis and your gum line. This can cause infection, food can get stuck in there, and the implants can become loose, leading to a higher rate of failure long-term.
So, as everything heals, we will make any adjustments necessary to your bite, make sure you are happy with the color, everything feels good, fits great, and ensure everything is perfect. Once healed, we will replace your temporaries with your FULL ZIRCONIA PERMANENT TEETH which stay in all the time, and are covered by our LIFETIME WARRANTY!
Our lifetime warranty is something that almost no one else in the country is offering!
The industry standard is a 5-year warranty, but Dr. Spencer really wanted to do right by our patients, and feels that if we are going to ask our patients to make the commitment it takes to do this treatment, then you shouldn't have to worry about what happens when your warranty runs out, and you should really have teeth that last you the rest of your life.
Once the permanents are in, you will just need to brush twice a day, wear your bite guard every night, and come in at least once a year to have everything removed and cleaned to keep your warranty valid.
Otherwise your new teeth will ALWAYS stay in your mouth, you finally have a smile you can be proud of, you get full functionality back so you can finally eat whatever you want, and taste your food again!
Our goal here is to build a long-term relationship with you to help you achieve your smile goal, no matter how long that takes, and once you reach that goal, we will do everything we can to help you keep that perfect smile for the rest of your life!!!
